Shipping policy
DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SHIPMENT
Subject to availability (Refer to section 7 of Terms of Service), we will make our best efforts to deliver the ordered goods to you by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation.
All delivery times displayed are “estimates” only and do not constitute a warranty.
If no estimated delivery date is specified in the shipping confirmation email, your order will be delivered within 30 days following the shipping confirmation email.
In the event that we fail to deliver the goods you ordered within this 30-day period, you are entitled to cancel your order and request a refund.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days due to unforeseen events outside of our control, we will inform you of such delay.
When such an event prevents us from delivering the goods on time, we shall not be liable for the delays.
